Application and Reservation Fees: Application fees are non-refundable and paid by each applicant for verification of their information. Reservation fees vary by property If the application is approved, and the applicant fails to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, except for delays caused by the holding over of a prior resident, management will retain the Reservation Fee . All move in money must be paid in certified funds (money order, cashier’s check).

Other fees may include, but are not limited to: Non-refundable Redecorating Fees, Amenity Fees, and Non-refundable Pet Fees. The Non-refundable Redecorating Fee is required to offset expenses incurred by management.
